Extend was created in 2012 for Albatros System with a simple idea: to restore dignity to repeated gestures, making the shower a small domestic ritual of well-being. The project is built around a horizontal threshold that crosses the box: it integrates the hydraulic systems and, in the same gesture, becomes a support surface and container for body care. The choice of Corian defines a compact and continuous character, precise in details and reliable in use. Technology remains at the service of the person: nebulizing jets, a central water curtain and an upper shower head create a calibrated experience, without protagonism. The result is a furnishing object that structures the space with sobriety and makes it clearer, more comfortable, more everyday.

The functional heart of the system:
thermostatic mixer for temperature stability and diverter (next to the thermostatic) to select the different dispensing points, including the linear waterfall.
The chrome components interact with the white body in a balance of precision and formal cleanliness.
The flat surface of the shower body integrates a linear waterfall: a clean, almost graphic cut, which transforms the water into a controlled blade.

Strategy
Transform the shower from a "technical corner" to an architectural presence, reducing formal noise and concentrating functions and systems in a single, orderly gesture.
Design
A horizontal line as a backbone: integrates hydraulics and containment. Corian and glass define continuity, solidity and lightness, with details designed for durability and maintenance.
